  • December 2009. PSP 102.3.4 was released. For the details please refer to the readme file included in the vA release.
     
  • June 2009.  SiMKit 3.3 (containing the latest versions of PSP103 and 102) has been released. Until the nxp-website has been updated, it is available on request, by sending an e-mail to dm.helpdesk@nxp.com

  • December 2008. PSP 103.0 was released. For the details please refer to the documentation and readme file included in the vA release. SiMKit 3.2 which contains this version of PSP is available  here.
     
  • December 2008. PSP 102.3.2 was released. This release includes bug fixes to the NQS and JUNCAP models. This version is compatible with PSP 102.3.
     
  • May 2008. PSP 102.3 was released. The major updates of this release are the additions of  asymmetric junction model and new parameters for the flicker noise. For the details please refer to the documentation. The verilogA code can be downloaded here. SiMKit 3.1.2 which contains this version of PSP is available here. The BSIM to PSP conversion report is also updated and can be found in the  PSP documentation section.
     
  • Jan. 2008. PSP102.2.1 was released. This subversion contains minor implementation changes and some bug-fixes. All model equations and parameters are identical to those in PSP102.2. The vA code can be downloaded here. Note that SiMKit 3.0.2 contains some serious implementation errors and should not  be used. This has been corrected in SiMKit 3.0.3.
     
  • Dec. 2007. PSP-based MOS varactor model was selected as a standard model by Compact Modeling Council. It is jointly developed and maintained by PSP group at ASU and Jazz Semiconductor. The vA code can be downloaded here. The documentation can be found here. The publications on the varactor model can be found here. PSP is the latest and most advanced surface-potential-based compact MOSFET model selected as a standard (since May 2006) for the new generation of integrated circuits. PSP is jointly developed and maintained by ASU and NXP Semiconductors.
