  • Jan. 2008 . PSP102.2.1 was released. This subversion contains minor implementation changes and some bug-fixes. All model equations and parameters are identical to those in PSP102.2. The vA code can be downloaded here. Note that SiMKit 3.0.2 contains some serious implementation errors and should not  be used. This has been corrected in SiMKit 3.0.3. SiMKit 3.0.3  is available on request by sending an e-mail to dm.helpdesk@nxp.com.

  • Dec. 2007. PSP-based MOS varactor model was selected as a standard model by Compact Modeling Council. It is jointly developed and maintained by PSP group at ASU and Jazz Semiconductor. The vA code can be downloaded here. The documentation can be found here. The publications on the varactor model can be found here. Please read this message regarding the compilation of MOSVAR verilogA code with different compilers.
